Background:
Our company supplies and installs safety equipment for ship inspections. For each project, we handle orders from clients, buy materials, assemble equipment, and track the workers who do the job. We want the system to help us manage everything in one flow — from order to delivery.

1. Customer Orders
When a client confirms a vessel project, we prepare an order listing all items needed — for example, life rafts, extinguishers, and safety kits. Each item must show when it should be delivered and how long the warranty lasts.
Once an order is approved, we need to prepare delivery and billing automatically. We also want to tag every order with the project name so we can track it later.

2. Buying and Stock
Before we start work, we must check if the materials are already in our store.
If something is missing, the system should automatically create a purchase request to buy those parts.
All equipment and materials should be tied to the same project so we know exactly which items are used where.

3. Assembling Equipment
Some safety kits need assembly — for example, a Fire Safety Kit made from several smaller parts.
When the project starts, the system should create assembly jobs for these kits and reserve the needed parts.
We also want to record which employee did the assembly work.

4. Worker Hours and Labor
Supervisors should be able to record how many hours each technician works on each task, using simple time logs.
Only technicians should be allowed to log technical work.
Labor cost should be added to the total project cost automatically.

5. Project Tracking
We want a dashboard that shows how the project is progressing — including:

Total order value

Money spent on materials

Labor cost

Percentage of completion

When everything is delivered and assembled, there should be an easy way to mark the project as "Ready for Inspection."
